“When I received my chairs, the nails and screws came in a zip lock lunch bag. There was also a note in one of the leg holes that read ‘this leg doesn’t fit’ BUT YET YOU STILL SENT IT TO ME😡 I called the local store and they wouldn’t/couldn’t help because it was purchased online- unacceptable! Never again!!!”

Customer service, not good.

“Chairs were OK until we discovered damage on the arm during unboxing. I would have given the chairs a higher rating if the customer service was better. The return process turned into a nightmare. Short version, we have spoken to at least 20 customer service reps. Each one does not know your case from the previous rep. Bottom line is they are incapable of or don't want to send us a packing slip for a FedEx pick-up. They still sit on my front porch waiting for pick-up.”
