Wrong color but right item. Please send the correct color and tell me how to return the item I received.

“You did not send what I ordered. The right stool came but came in the wrong color. I called your customer service, but didn’t get much of an answer as to whether or not you would send the right one and what to do with the ones that I received. I was told it would take 4 to 7 business days to hear from somebody on what’s going to be happening and that certainly is too long.”

“Great design, strong build, but seat cushion could be improved to better weight foam rubber.
I would pay extra $ for the perfect stool with a heavier weight foam, the one currently in use collapses down to the wood in the first minute (I weight 170 lbs)”

“It's sturdy and comfortable, but the legs are more reddish that brown. I'll have to live with it. Assembly would've been a piece of cake if it weren't for those screws that go into the cross pieces. It took a lot of strength to get them all the way in to close the gap.”
