“Wanted to return these. Return cost more than paid for stools. I was going to order other bar stools from Ashley. However you have lost a great customer over $300. Bar stools. I will never ever shop at Ashley again. I am furnishing a 2000 square foot house with new furniture.”

“One of the chair cushions came with a stain. I have been waiting weeks to get someone to help me. Called 4 times and was told a tech would email you. If you buy these pray you done have an issue.”

“There were some parts missing and we had to find our own replacements. In addition, I ordered dark brown and got black chairs. Since I would have to pay to return them to Vietnam-we kept them.

“False advertisement. They say the color is black. But when it arrives it says charcoal and looks gray. I am trying to return it and have yet to hear from anyone at Ashley. They’re also super lightweight.”
