Worst experience ever

“The color of the wood frame is very different than the photos shown. I called Ashley’s to return and they said they would email me 5 to 7 days. I called a week later and was told I can’t return it because I need to contact them with in 72 hours of purchase. I asked for a manager and was told that they would accept the return but I would be responsible for the return shipping fee. Extremely poor customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again !”

“I am not pleased with my purchase from Ashley Furniture. The order was placed and lost in the system. Finally reappeared and I canceled it as I did not trust Ashley.com after a previous mess up in the system with my delivery address (this order was also canceled and yet still delivered). In the end eight stools were shipped and delivered yet both orders were canceled. I requested a return on the ones delivered to my correct address and have yet to hear from anyone at Ashley Furniture. I will never purchase anything from Ashely.com again and would not recommend using them. Go in store or don’t buy from Ashley.”

Worse Customer Service

“Ordered 3 chairs online at the same time. Received 2 at the same time within a couple of days of ordering, and the last chair came in a week later. The last chair was totally different from what I ordered. To make things better! I’m immediately contacted customer service and they had the haul to request I send pictures of this huge box that has been sitting in my hall way, not once but twice! It’s been 3 weeks!! Still no answers or resolution. I ordered 3 chairs for a reason, if they do not have the chair available it would be great to know. In store purchases have been great without any issues, but online purchases, more so dealing with customer service is s one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had to deal with any furniture store.”
