When Will You Approve My Return and Refund?

“The port to allow attachment of a screw is missing. There is a scratch that is continuous down the table. It looks like it could have came from a box cutter tool. Lastly there’s a chip on the side of the table.
How may I begin a return and refund? I prefer bringing it to the Ashley store for an easier return?”
