Horrible Install and Terrible Customer Service.

“The assembly was horrible and the holes to the pocket screws that secure the seats did not align. Looks good but definitely not worth the hussle and price. Also I reached out to customer service and told me I had to purchase the pieces that had misaligned pocket holes from them because the warranty did not cover it. All to say, please choose something else for peace of mind.”

“Very difficult to assemble, directions were not the easiest.each chair took over an hour to assemble, height is great but width and depth are bigger than expected. Very sturdy.”

“Look great, feel great. Chairs hold a decent amount of weight. My husband is 6’2 and weighs 300 pounds. It held his weight just fine I’ve had the chairs for about 8 months and still look and feel brand new.”
