Missing parts, still waiting for them to be sent. Not a satisfied customer

“Missing a door and a drawer slide. Called Crosby furniture 3 days ago as directed to do, and though the woman was very friendly the ‘missing’ pieces still have not been sent. I called back today and spoke to the same woman and the order is still processing. I’m very disappointed that I spent $900 on a piece, they don’t send all the pieces and it takes forever for them to rectify the problem ‘they’” created. I will never order from Ashley again and definitely never purchase another Crosby product.”

Very poor factory presets

“Tara 3pc pantry set, linen valet
I am very disappointed with the assembly of this product. 1).The pullout drawers on the two side cabinets do not close due to the improper factory drilling on either the side rails or the placement of the shelf directly above the drawer, not allowing the drawer to close. 2) The side cabinets back panels are not sized correctly and are too long for the placement, causing overlap at the ends. I desire to return this product due to the poor factory presets; unfortunately all packing material was discarded with the install.”
