“I had been looking for cabinets to clear up space on my bathroom counter. I had just purchased a bed from Ashley that I was very pleased with, so I searched for my cabinets on Ashley’s website. I liked the looks of Tara 2 piece cabinet but noted that it needed assembly. I called the Ashley store and asked if I could have it sent to the store for assembly and delivery (I was willing to pay for this service) I was very politely told that was not an option. I said I was not able to complete the assembly by myself (75 year old woman with no carpentry skills) This would be like I went into a bakery and asked to buy a cake and was handed a bag of flour, sugar etc. and told to make my cake at home and charged for a baked cake. I did hire someone to assemble the cabinets which I do like - but I will not buy from Ashley online again.”
