Incomplete Order

“We did not receive the entire order. We only received the two side pieces for this particular unit. We also ordered the larger pantry and sideboard unit. We called customer service and she said that we would have a case number and would hear from someone within 3 to 5 business days. She said she was unable to solve this issue and we would have to be routed to a specialist who is not someone she can get us in touch with. We have someone here to put the whole order together and this missing piece/boxwas discovered. So now, we have to wait until someone reaches out to us and discusses this with us. We have no idea when the other piece will come. There is a lot of work to put these together and a lot of boxes to be disposed of. It's disappointing for sure and now requires another day for the person assembling it whenever it arrives and another dump run for all the packaging.”
