“I bought three pieces, and I'm very disappointed on this particular item. The picture on the website makes it look like a real veneer, but it feels like cardboard. The composite wood falls apart easily.”

“This CROSLEY, for some reasons the brand name was hidden from the product page, is made out of paper. My order arrived damaged with a giant gash on the front panel. I called Ashley and they want me to wait two weeks with ah half assembled piece before knowing how to return this item. Avoid Crowley and avoid Ashley furniture online sales”

Hard assembly, once built it is a good piece

“Good looking sideboard, but very difficult to assemble. Missing pieces made it difficult to assemble and also some pre-drilled holes were not done properly to allow ease of screwing in screws.
Instructions were not very straightforward and it would take 2 people about 3 hours to assemble. Legs and bottom of the sideboard doesn't line up, so there is a chance this sideboard could be wobbly.”

“This is an incredibly poor quality item. It arrived scratched, with large dark stain spots from a poor quality stain job. Don’t waste your money because resolution for this takes a ton to time on the phone.”
