“Cheap garbage! Do not waste your money. Came in the wrong color, extremely different color then the photos, we put it together and took all day. It was missing a piece and hardware so cheap, kept chipping and pieces are so paper thin I can see how any adult can safely sit on it. Trying to return and get money back but Ashley is not cooperating. Will never shop here again.”

“It's awesome. Exactly what I wanted and expected. Our only issue is we don't think it came with all the right hardware. Swveral steps called for the use of "E" screws and we were missing like 10. We checked in both boxes and checked again, but we couldn't find anymore "E"s and we know we didn't just accidentaly use that many "E"s incorrectly. Anyways, other than that, I abaolutely love it. Prepare to put this together with 2 people. The packages are HEAVY.”

“It's very pretty. It fits perfect for our space. The only down side is the wood is very very soft and is going to show damage of the smallest scale. It also doesn't seem to be finished eventhough the description says it is.”

“Great set, assembly needs 2 people. I stained and clear coated the pale pine. Bought comfy cushions on Amazon. Each bench holds 300lbs. Love the storage area under each bench seat for placemats, table runners, etc. The corner is perfect for seasonal decor display. It’s the perfect cozy nook to gather and chat over coffee!”

“The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating with Ashley support. All I wanted to do was cancel my order just two minutes after placing it. Instead, I was met with excuse after excuse:
I was told it couldn’t be canceled because it was "processing," and to try again in 48hours even though the site says orders ship in under 48 hours.
Then I was told to wait 3–5 days for someone to contact me — only to find out later that their support emails don’t work with Outlook and I would need to use Gmail instead, even though I get every one of their advertisements to my Outlook.
When the item did get shipped to my door and I had to start a return, the process was a lot more simple.
This has felt more like a runaround rather than support.
Ashley would you please create an option to cancel an order. Just an hour window/timeframe would've been nice.”
