Not a good first impression!

“Horrible experience!!! I order this on a Sunday and realized it was the wrong color and tried to cancel is the same day. Called and there were not open on Sunday so I emailed a cancellation request. The next day they emailed me back and said it couldn’t be canceled because it may have already been shipped. WHAT, they were closed on Sunday! I didn’t get the confirmation that it was shipped till Tuesday. So, I talked to 2 people on Monday, virtually and via phone, they told me I have to wait till it is delivered and then return it! That BS, because now I have to pay for the return!!!”

“Very well built. Putting it together required review of directions and patience. The glass doors are tricky, you need and extra set of hands, otherwise a one person build. Wife wants another one!”
