Worst chairs, worst company ever

“The worst quality chairs I’ve ever had. The legs are uneven, the material is terribly cheap, and there is very little cushion. Also you must return within 3 days or you are stuck with it.”

“First of all, I wanted brown wood legs, as the photo shows, but these arrived as black. Also, the fabric is very cheap, more like patent leather. Trying to return it, but the Customer Service keeps telling me FedEx is going to pick up and then they don’t show up. I have a claim in right now and they’re supposed to call me back, but no one is called. Very bad experience.”

“These chairs looked pretty nice and were a good value. However, we were not able to balance the legs without causing instability, so we opted to return the chairs which proved to be quite difficult. We were told they would be picked up on a Monday and four days later they were still on our porch. Trying to get our own return label to take to FED EX ourselves was also a challenge.”
