Beautiful Furniture - Awful Service

“I will start by saying that this piece of furniture is beautiful. It is well made, easy to set up and put together, and looks great! As other reviews mentioned it is heavy, but my husband and I were able to get it from box to fully put together in 20 minutes. I absolutely love it! However the delivery of this item was awful. I had scheduled the delivery as instructed, and was told I needed to sign for the package, which is what is stated on the website and the follow up email. The package was delivered on a day I was not home, and that I did not schedule. The driver was incredibly inappropriate, texting me that he delivered a different item, called me cheap, and threatened to call the police on me (picture attached) I did call the customer service number once, which turned out to be the same number the text came from, and during our 54 second conversation, he called me a b**ch, told me to f**k off and then hung up on me. I called customer service for Ashley furniture and the customer service of the delivery company and was not able to get any kind of solution. While I love the piece of furniture, the harassment of the delivery driver was so inappropriate I regret buying it.”

“Really love the feel and look of this piece. Using it as an entertainment center and wish it had a wire hole in the back (easy to drill in) but understand that’s not the intended purpose. Highly recommend. Heavy.”

“This is literally my favorite piece of furniture I've ever purchased. IT. IS. STUNNING. The only thing (and I'm totally nitpicking here), is that we're using it as a TV stand, and there aren't any holes in the back for cords. But if you're using it as a sideboard, you don't need that anyway. Overall, it's amazing. It has soft close doors, which is great, and it's SOLID. But, be warned that it is super heavy. My husband and I had to carry it up our stairs, and it was a beast. Make sure you have at least 2 people to move it. Literally my favorite piece in our house, though, beautifully made. I will definitely order more pieces from TOV.”

Great Cabinet!

“Great cabinet, nice wood and finish. Came without any damages since I chose their metropolitan white glove delivery! Couple of small fine scratches which I fixed with a furniture correction pen (black color). The doors needed alignment since they touch each other or the cabinet frame a bit. This was an easy but very delicate fix, had to use my screw driver to adjust the hinges for all 3 doors so they will auto close without touching each other or the cabinet frame (adjustment took 30 minutes of trial and error). Over all great quality for the price, I would definitely purchase again.”
