“The chairs can only hold a certain weight and anything over that will tip the chair forward and you can’t use the lever… tried to work with online support to return item and now they are expecting me to pay for all three chairs to be returned. So not only did I have to pay for them to ship but I also have to pay for them to be returned… what kind of business model is that, definitely not a company who is interested in customer service. We can’t even return them to the store! One of the worst experiences with customer service, and I was encouraged to place this order via store representative who now can’t help cause store and online are separate.”

“Really nice for a bar stool. Not real sturdy but for the price, perfect.
If you sit in your bar stool a lot, go for something stronger. But for using to sit at the bar while eating or having a drink... really nice.
Well worth the price”
