Assembly Nightmare

“The quality of the chairs was very good and were very nice looking. My problem was with the assembly. No way can you put the screws in an angled slot with the tiny allan wrench provided. Even with a longer one it is difficult to get them threaded correctly. Once assembled we liked them.”

Bad craftmanship!

“When putting the chairs together, some of the pre-drilled holes were not properly drilled or threaded. I couldn't fully put together one of the chairs because of the issues with the pre-drilled hole that connected the leg of the chair to the back part of the chair. The chat for trying to resolve the issue is horrible as well.”
