Beautiful chairs but horrible customer service

“Beautiful chairs, they fit my kitchen counter space/decor style perfectly. I bought and put all three chairs I ordered together, exactly as per instructions which technically was easy; however they were all wobbly on the front right corner, like the end of that leg was shorter. After reading an issue someone else had in reviews I took one apart and put it together the same way that customer suggested. Same issue. Took another one apart and put it together the same way instructions stated, again, same issue. Contacted Ashley Furniture through Chat, they had me send video to an email they supplied and I know for fact they got the first email, then they said they were going to speak to their team and get back to me. Never heard back, no email, no phone call, nothing. I even offered to take all three chairs into the closest store for them to fix because it's easier than taking them all apart and re-boxing and I don't know if I'd lose money shipping back. They are absolutely beautiful but when you sit on them they feel like they are going to fall apart under you, with how much they wobble. I have sent numerous emails to the person I originally sent the video's to and zero reply. So for almost 2 weeks I've had chairs I can't use and the big boxes they came in just sitting in my living room waiting for them to update me so I know next step. First time ordering through Ashley furniture, so unhappy with the customer service. I put together all of the furniture at my new place, no issues except these.”
