Awful Customer Service and Delivery

“I never received the item. It was supposed to have been delivered on Friday morning by FedEx and according to Ashley’s it was delivered to my door. But, it wasn’t. I called and spoke to a supervisor, Michael, who asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I, said I wanted a replacement. He was supposed to send me an email immediately, but he didn’t. Saturday morning I called Ashley’s customer service for the umteenth time and was told the item would not be available until sometime in August. I asked for an immediate refund. I will not ever order from Ashley again!”

“The picture portrayed that I was receiving two chairs and a table. So I ordered it received one chair. Then, I went back and looked at the picture and noticed that I only purchased one chair the table you could not even purchase. So I returned, it still waiting on my refund.”
