“Looks great! My only complaint is that the handles are a plastic material. You can’t tell looking at it so it still looks good, the handles just aren’t as sturdy as I’d like. Overall, I’m very happy with the product though!”

“A literal NIGHTMARE to assemble- and that’s coming from someone who enjoys putting furniture together. Screw holes were either not drilled or didn’t line up. Screw photo directions (in the instructions) did not match how the screws lined up on the wood. Very shaky and cheaply made. Save your time, money, and energy.”

Horrible! Instructions lacking, installation pieces/parts don't line up

“Please take my word for it- this thing is a nightmare to put together! I've put together furniture from IKEA, Walmart, and Target and I've NEVER seen such awful instructions or quality. It's a shame because it's a really pretty piece. The holes don't like up and most of them aren't pre-drilled which makes several pieces crooked once screwed in. This led to the metal framing that supports the entire sideboard being crooked. The metal dowels that hold up the shelves have to be hammered in because the pre-drilled holes are too small. The Cam bolts do NOT fit all of the screws which leaves gaps in the furniture OR the cam bolt stripping if you keep trying to get it secure. The instructions left out important details like which way some of the shelves and side pieces need to face during installing, which way was up or down and also which way the bottom metal piece needs to face (the little plastic nubs should be on the ground when it's finished). Some of the bags of screws/parts weren't labeled which led to me counting through them all to figure out which part it was. This will take you at least 3 to 4 hours on your own. This was all in addition to terrible customer service when I tried to contact a representative about a $50 discount I was supposed to get when I signed up for emails. Honestly, this was my first and last time shopping at Ashley's since you have to pay return shipping for a piece if you don't like it. They'll only return a piece for free if it arrives damaged. I'm beginning to wonder if the other 5 star reviews on this item are fake or if they received the item for free in exchange for their review.”
