“The items are misleading. They are shorter than advertised. Once I received the items I contacted customer service to return them due to I wasn’t satisfied and they told me I would have to pay for shipping. This has caused me a hardship. I do not have funds to pay for shipping and it’s unfair that I have to keep an item I’m not satisfied with. Not only are they rude and unprofessional when I expressed my concern via email the customer service rep stop responding. I would never but from this company again nor will I ever recommend any furniture.”
