“While the chairs were gorgeous, they just were not what I envisioned when looking at the website and placing an order. When the chairs arrived, I contacted Ashley to request a return without opening the rest of the chairs. They informed me that because the chairs were not damaged, I would need to pay for shipping across the country myself. Unfortunately, this is not what their return policy states and after several unsecured emails and further unresolved phone calls, Ashley lost a customer and we are left to sell the chairs.”
