Damaged upon receipt, low quality

“We kept them even though they were damaged and had flawed upholstery. They traveled to Texas 3 times before getting to us, the box was shredded. I sanded and restrained the legs that were scratched. Too much trouble to return, they are cheap but look okay, just using two for extras in various locations, my office and the dining room.”

“I am disappointed in the minimal amount of cushioning inside the back of the chair. I have owned several Parson chairs and this is the least cushioned one. I can feel the crossbar portion of the frame when leaning back. The fabric is nice though.”
