“Please be very careful when doing business with Ashley Furniture. I placed my order online, but when I received my email confirmation, the description was different from what I ordered. I immediately connected them (with 39 minutes of receiving the email confirmation) to cancel the order. Over the course of 2 days, I communicated with Ashley Furniture on 6 different occasions. When I told them I needed to cancel the order, they all said "don't worry about it" and they will take care of it. However, they still shipped the order. I told them I would be refusing delivery and had already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was told not to refuse delivery and they assured me they would work with me to return the order, but at this point I had lost all faith in the company. The merchandise was indeed returned and I've been told they will issue a credit, but I'm still waiting for it to show up on my credit card. I must say everyone that I texted, chatted and talk with was very nice, but nobody followed through. I will not be doing business with them again.”

“I ordered 4 chairs. When I opened one of the boxes both chairs were damaged. Made a call on 2/22/25 @ 10:10 am and spoke with Maria about the damaged chairs. I sent photos of both the chairs. I was told that I would receive an email with return instructions so I could exchange for another set. As of 2/25/25 @ 4:00 pm I have not received any correspondence. I do not feel I can honestly rate the item without this issue being resolved first.”
