“The chairs are beautiful but we had couple of issues assembling it due to the following reasons.
1) The screw drives were not strong and after turning them for couple of times, it use to lose its hold.
2) some of the holes were not aligned. If there are two holes to drill a screw, we saw for couple of joints, one screw use to go in correctly but the other took lot of effort to put it in place. We mad sure they are properly aligned etc.
Your team should look into thes two areas please.”
