“This is the worst table. I cant even put it together because it was made wrong. The instructions look like a 2 year old drew them. I've contacted customer service and they said I cant even return it to the store or even at all because I've had it for 10days. I cant get any help on what to do other than an email saying they need part number from manual. There is no manual. I sent pictures of box and instructions and the response was they still need the part number but I could choose to donate everything but to make sure I get a receipt showing I did. This has been the worst customer service and I will never order from ashley again”

“Very cheap material. The chairs cracked after first day. Table is comparable to a card table. Not worth the price. For a little more I could have gotten a larger table that wasn’t made of engineered wood. Not happy with this.”

“This is not a very well made unit. The package was incomplete. There were no instructions. The parts were incomplete, not all the bolts were included. While putting the unit together the bolts did not fit in the pre-drilled holes. The bolts/screws and other parts were not identified and it was difficult to figure out where they went. While putting the table top on the legs the bolt/screw went through the table top. When I called about the unit the representative was very helpful and showed concern. I was refunded the full amount in a timely manor.”
