Directions are horrible

“I am cautiously optimistic and so far it looks and fits great, but even with an experienced and very patient friend, it took us HOURS to put this together. You don’t mention tools needed or that one will be drilling into the actual frame. Not sure why companies think challenging new owners like this is a good idea but really, it’s not. Also, it’s likely they could’ve charged less for this piece.”

Arm can only be installed on the left side contrary to their website and instructions that came with the furniture

“The seating is perfect except for the fact that the website stated the arm could be placed on either side but the arm could only be placed on the left side contrary to instructions that came with the furniture. We had to order another set to make it work for our rectangle dining table.”
