“Good bench fairly good quality a little bit difficult to assemble, everything doesn’t lineup exactly but it’s close enough, especially if you put a cushion on top it hides some of the imperfections. It’s nice to have the additional kitchen storage for the air fryer and the Insta pot and odds and ends. The seat cushions are fairly comfortable but they slide around. I’ll probably add some sticky Velcro and maybe reupholster them because the colors offered aren’t quite right for my taste in my home. Overall good purchase and a price point.”

“Definitely surprised at the quality of the product. Product was packaged well and received un damaged. Highly recommend that you read Instructions thoroughly before assembly to understand exactly how the benches are assembled. Also recommend the use if a drill driver, wood clamps and wood glue during assembly as these will greatly improve the assembly. Assembly Hardware is more than plentiful and of decent quality except for the screws provided for the seat hinges. I replaced these with a longer screw. Overall, great product and a great addition to our breakfast nook.”

“It feels fairly solid once put together. Had some major shipping issues, replacement (fed ex lost first package) had damaged parts. We didn’t return as we just wanted it! It brings the space together and has plenty of storage space. I put it together with a 1&2 year old, it wasn’t hard at all. Power drill helped the process along.”

“Package arrived with damaged parts. The manufacture did supply those parts once we navigated the return process.
Nice piece though it can be frustrating during assembly. The paint is faint and another coat will be needed to make it look awesome.
Considering the price, the furniture is acceptable though you get what you pay for.”

“The unit itself is sturdy and easy to put together. The finish is disappointing as it is not white. The finished ends and square details are painted a bright, shiny white. The rest of the piece looks white washed with wood grain visible. I would still recommend this piece, just know it will need to be painted.”

“I am very pleased with this banquette and it looks great in my space! It was packed very well and arrived with no damage, thank goodness! The directions take a minute to sort out, as there are no words, just pictures that take a minute to understand. It wasn't difficult to assemble once I was clear on the directions. I'm a single woman and put it together by myself in a few hours. It is a very sturdy unit and will hold up well. I only gave it 4 stars because it is not as white as it looks in the picture. Other reviews stated that, so I was prepared, but it still works great in my space.”

“At a glance, this corner nook is really just okay. Instructions to assemble were fine, but could be more detailed. The premade drill holes for screws and wooden dowels were inaccurate, leaving the entire bench unleveled and added more time to building it. Many of the pieces had scratches and sticky residue on it. The picture of this product makes it look like it's a bright white, but in reality, the paint job is horrendous. It looks like one coat of paint because you can see the wood grain underneath, making the entire bench look yellow. Disappointed as we usually like the look of Ashley Furniture products, but will likely be looking elsewhere for future purchases.”

“Very Good quality, went together well. Impressive finish. I did eliminate the corner piece and shorten the second cabinet to fit my corner and added a 3” piece along the top length to bring it away from the wall so you could open the top all the way. This was done because of the room divider top cap overhang. Only two things I feel could be better. The hinges and top closing mechanism. Hinge screws I believe are two short partially because the top is only 3/4” thick. Have no solutions for the top, but did use longer screws for attaching hinge to cabinet sides. Only time will tell if they will hold up to wear and tear. I also added a brace across the middle of the bottom underneath width wise to support the bottom from sagging under weight.”

“Inside corner parts are made out off very soft wood, so be careful when tightening screws. Couple of pilot holes in other pieces were oversized where screw would just spin without gripping. An overall construction / design of pieces that form two rectangular boxes is very poor: boxes can move loosing rectangular shape. All wood is supper soft - easily dinged. Manufacturer should address these concerns, and then would have good product.”

“So beware, this is a third party seller who sells used items. I’m so mad at the fact that I not only received a returned item, I received a damaged used old returned item that reeks of perfume (not a great smelling one either) now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get a solution to why I was sent a used item. I’ll never order from Ashley again. This is absurd.”
