“Nice stitch design. One of the chairs stitches were not uniform though. The color was definitely not the vibrant blue as represented in the sale photo. Definitely should be listed as “Navy”. Returned all due to color. Ashley Furniture return policy is difficult when purchased online. Made a phone call to #listed on box. Took my info. Sent me a email. I was required to send photos. Received another email 3 days later that they were “excepting my return”. Not allowed to return to the store right down the street from me. I was required to mail them back at my own expense to someplace in Kansas. It cost me nearly as much as I paid for the chairs in shipping cost! $169 per box of chairs and I had 2 boxes. The whole process was an expensive mistake buying online at Ashley Furniture.”

“Whole situation was terrible. Sent out chairs that didn't match description. Wanted to chair to return them as much as the chairs. They refused to respond to any messages. Cancel all current orders and will never do business again.”
