Beware of Ashley online. No returns-no replacement. Period.

“I received 2 bar stools that were brand new in the original package and put together easily. The third stool came in 2 crushed boxes put together and all the chrome was scratched, dented and filthy. Also the hydraulic on the stool was extended. This was a stool that was returned and Ashley online sent it to us. Totally insulted. Ashley online states it’s not their problem because it came from a 3rd party vendor. I had to find out who the vendor was. Contacted them and they said Ashley is responsible for the first 30 days to replace. Called Ashley back and they said there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service at Ashley. Even supervisor was condescending and mean. Will never shop there again.”
