“Easy to put together. Except when I opened the second box some of the parts were brown wood. I called the customer service and they instructed me to send pictures and to pack it back up. FedEx picked it up the next day and a new one was delivered within 4 days. Very happy with the product.”

“Cancelled order 30 min after placed. Ashley never followed through. Still billed me and sent product. Contacted them three times and still have not gotten any resolution. I have boxes in my front hall for them to come get and filed claim with my credit card company. I like most Ashley products, but customer service and resolution is absolutely horrible.”
