Very poor customer service on return questions, after repeated contacts.

“We actually liked the chairs, but we had questions about a possible return. Multiple contacts yielded very poor and disappointing results with customer service.
We asked if we could return to a store - never answered. Why would I pay $214 to return 2 chairs that cost me $300 - seriously?
We kept the chairs, but won't use Ashley online again.”

“I do love these chairs very much. They feel like they are good quality, and despite other reviews, I do not think these chairs are uncomfortable. There was a little hiccup when first ordering these chairs- one set had a completely different wood tone than the other chairs. Ashley furniture remediated the issue immediately. Overall, I love the look of these and happy with my purchase.”

“Beautiful and comfortable chairs. They come already built and very well packaged. Lighter than I would have thought but still very sturdy. They look beautiful and a much lower price than similar chairs with other retailers. Wider than my prior dining chairs and extremely comfortable.
I did receive the first set of 6 chairs with completely rusted hardware (the flat screws they use to attach the leather to the wood) but it seemed it was a bad lot and customer service got me replacement chairs in 10/10 condition within 5 days. Spectacular customer service via text message.”
