“I made a request to cancel this before it shipped after seeing it was just cushions and they didn't cancel it they still shipped it. I have no use for cushions I need a table.”

“Ordered this under the impression it was the entire nook (my fault of course) immediately canceled my order, to which they shipped anyway. Went back and forth with customer service for weeks on returning them, when they told me I’d be responsible for return fees which was fine until I realized it would be almost $300 just to send them back. Absolutely ridiculous and I can’t return them back to a local store so now I’m stuck with $80+ nook cushions I cannot use on the actual nook I bought from somewhere else. Be sure to read the fine print before ordering anything.”
