“The quality was great but I did end up returning this item because the color of the cushion & wood looked NOTHING like the online image. I ordered the beige/gray cushion but in real life it was charcoal in color. And the wood was actually a yellowish brown instead of the dark wood it was pictured online as. Also note that you are responsible for the cost of returning this item (you cannot just bring returns back to the store). The cost was just over $60 to return the 2 stools. It’s a shame that these aren’t available to see in their stores because it would make picking out the right color far easier.”
