Furniture looks nice but there is a major mistake in one of the stools where the legs are shorter than the rest and that is so noticeable

“I bought three stools one of them came with different size legs and it’s very noticeable I’m trying to get it to get fixed and deal with this matter to the best of my ability hoping that Ashley will take into account that it was a purchase of three and I am only complaining about one they had two front legs smaller than the rest causing a transformer that is noticeable as of now I am still satisfied with my purchase Si”

“These look so nice in the picture, but look like pure plastic once put together. I was told I had to pay shipping to return them which was like $250 dollars or the price of two chairs so why would I do that? Terrible customer service and immediately closed my account and will not order from Ashley again.”

Stools bought at the same time. Foot rest and side angles are not the same level or angle. Would not recommend or purchase again.

“These chairs exceeded expectations! They appear to be a good quality wood. I shipped them to Jamaica and assembled there. No issues so far. The fabric is starting to show signs of rubbing (1 year later) but it's easy enough to have them wrapped here.”
