“Counter stool is fine. It was delivered and I decided to go with another option. It is brand new still in the package and unfortunately Ashley furniture will not let me return which is super annoying since it is brand new and I didn’t call within 72 hours so I am just out of luck apparently. Poor customer service and experience overall.
I will never order from Ashley furniture again. They clearly do not care about their customers.”

Seat cushions dont stay on

“Pretty but don't stay together. The screws have to be tightened fairly regularly but most annoying is the seat cusions dont stay on. The screw just goes into thin MDF then into the seat cushion itself so there is nothing to help it hold. I suppose you could probably glue them on...”
