“If I could give this zero stars I would. 1- color is totally off. Came to be a lighter gray than the black charcoal shown in the picture. 2- the material is CHEAP. I get it for the price, but this is like broken cheap to the point where I tried to screw the pieces together and theres already breaking of the material. Paint scratches right after opening package. Fine. 3- contact CS and they only offer 10% refund AND I have to go out my way to prove that I donated this item so I can get 10% off lol. This is a great way to scam valued customers. Please dont waste your time with Ashleys- even wayfair offers refunds back at 30% without all this hassle.”
