“Description says Beige/Walnut but the colors are actually Yellow/Black. Did not match my table at all. Wish this had been in store so I could have seen prior to purchase - would have saved me a lot.”

The chairs look ok if this is your color and they can be put together with proper aligned holes.

“This was the worst online shopping experience. They have a third-party company on their website, delivery was very delayed, the quality is poor, the wood is very light, and the leather is different in tone. They said the item could be returned, but when you call, they tell you you're responsible for shipping, which is very expensive. It's not worth it at all. I don't recommend shopping online at Ashley.”

“Purchased online . Very difficult to put together even for a someone who’s handy. Color not what expected and quality and feel of upholstery not up to par.
Also having a very difficult time trying to return. I spent over an hour on the phone. Was told I would get an email regarding return process and “decision “. Still have not received an email.
Will NEVER buy from Ashley’s again.”
