“I have three stools that I ordered previously, and they all had leather seats and more cherry legs. I brought up my old order, and copied it, so I was disappointed to see the new stool was a material seat rather than the leather. The seat is flat, and doesn't have a curve to it like the others did. This is totally my fault for not reading the description more closely. I will be using this in my closet, so it will be fine for that purpose.”

“When looking at the various color options for these stools I did not realize that some have fabric covered cushions. I thought they were all vinyl or faux leather, which I wanted since it would be easier to clean and resist spills. I narrowed our choice to 3 color options, and 2 of of those were vinyl cushions. I didn’t realize fabric cushions came with some of the stool color options, until after we received ours and I went back to the website to see if Ashley made a mistake. I made the mistake as they sent the stools I ordered.
Unfortunately I selected the color option that has the fabric cushions. We called Ashley and they said we could return them if we paid return shipping. I checked with UPS and cheapest option would cost $44 each (we bought 3). Can’t really afford $132 additional cost to return these. So we will keep them.
Many online retailers allow free returns no a days, but Ashley does not. I wish I had read both the stool description and Ashley return policy closer”

When he finally arrived, the color was not what I had expected. I just wanted to exchange them for a different color; however, your store would not agree to that since 72 hours had passed.
