“The color of the wood is more red than dark brown. I chose the leather-like material because I wanted to wipe it down, but the color was a weird shade and the fabric did not seem very sturdy, especially with all the stitching. I decided to send them back but had a VERY difficult time with customer service--very much got the run around and communication was poor. Additionally, when assembling the only stool we assembled, a screw broke off.”

Trying to return them said I have to pay shipping they cost 149.00 shipping will be 60.00 that's not fair I love ashley but don't think me paying 60.00 for shipping two counter stools is fair.i don't know why I can't return to a store I cannot afford to lose 60.00 with no merchandise”

One of them the legs are uneven and it rocks and the other one the screws are not holding the rails. I would like to return them.
