“It’s a really nice chair while building at one of the legs ended up cracking because the screws appeared too long for the pre-drilled area. To get it fixed was quite a hassle as I had to provide six photos a serial number and a bunch of other things, despite it only cracked on one side. Note that it appeared it cracked prior to anybody sitting in it and cracked while putting it together, so why all this information was needed was very frustratingThey are shipping a new piece to replace it however, now I will have to take apart the chair again and put it back together.”

“Horribly engineered. Don’t have time or patience to return these junk chairs.Screw holes are misaligned with connecting pieces; had to re-drill to make it work. Unexplained staining substance on “leather“ impossible to thoroughly remove. Pre-assembled piece was broken at joint, revealing tongue busted during factory screw assembly. Also attempted fix with new screw and gentle re-drilling. Seat cushions not firm enough to prevent feeling the square frame when you sit… Now preparing another fix for that”
