NICE LOOKING BUT UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS - DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE!

“The bar stools look nice. However, the seats are VERY stiff and not the least bit comfortable. Putting them together was a challenge in the beginning because the instructions leave a LOT to be desired! But after the second stool it was easier! We would like to have returned the bar stools for something more comfortable (and costly), but since purchased online, I was told I could not return them to a local Ashley store. The shipping cartons were destroyed AND I would be responsible for return shipping. That is extremely frustrating because most other online retailers provide free returns, especially if you plan to purchase something else! I don't understand why, if we have an Ashley store close by, we cannot return the bar stools to them to replace with something else. For that reason, we are stuck with 6 bar stools that are uncomfortable - beware when purchasing furniture from Ashley online - because you don't know what you're getting and you can't return!”

“Not very well made with respect to assembly accuracy -kind of sloppy connection points etc which causes difficulty getting bolts and screws started. Overall not very sturdy”
