A huge disappointing experience

“I'm only giving it 2 stars because I do like the color of the chairs and the design. But the website picture is deceiving. The chairs are much shorter than they appear. I tried returning them within the time frame allotted and they refuse to take them back. So I'm not impressed with this company nor the way of doing business. I will not shop at Ashley again.”

“I was able to assemble it by myself using the recommended tools. It took me about 3 hours but it wasn't hard. I was just slow. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and the style.”
