“Horrible customer service. Right after I placed an order for these I found them for a much lower price from a different store with faster shipping. I cancelled my order and was told I would receive a full refund. I never heard back so messaged again to make sure they did not get shipped to me. Again I was told there would be no issue and I would be hearing from someone in 24-48 hours. I never heard and the items were delivered to me anyhow with no refund and I have not heard anything back about return process.”

“Great stools. Loved that the hardware kit was labeled with a red tag on the outside of the box. Only issue I have is that you have to put these together with all 4 feet on the floor or they end up being uneven and rock. It happened on two of the three I assembled. Another issue: Increase the quality of your hardware. I had two screw heads snap clean off. This should never happen when average torque is applied. I am also extremely wary about how long the finish and the seats will last, but we will see.”

“They look great once they’re built, but I was accidentally sent two of the same part and I was missing another part. I contacted the company directly and they shipped out a replacement, but it was a real inconvenience considering it was a birthday gift. So my 5 star is now a 3 star.”
