“Overall, nice table and chairs. Table is heavy and sturdy, as are the chairs. Really like the backs on the chairs. It is a little darker than I was expecting but that’s okay. I would have preferred the chairs with just a solid wood seat rather than the cushion. Main thing I was disappointed with though is there are several small, divots for lack of a better word, in the top of the table, little gouged out sections one to two inches in length. I’m thinking this is supposed to be some kind of distressed look or something but I’m not sure.”

“This table is gorgeous!!! I absolutely love it! It was easy to put together; however, it is extremely heavy (which is not a bad thing by any means). You definitely need 2 people putting this table together and lifting it. I love that it extends to fit up to 8 people. I also love that the extender part folds into the table so you don’t have to find a spot for the leaves and worry about them getting damaged. I ended up buying 6 chairs and the bench. The bench is beautiful too. The table, bench, and chairs are very well made. I would highly recommend this set!!”

If you don’t want to have to consistently clean the table top of fingerprints and marks, don’t purchase. You can see every little speck of dust and fingerprint on this table. Suggest using a lightly damp cloth to wipe down. Nothing else has worked to clean table top.”

“Over all I really like this table. But had I saw it in store vs buying online I would not have bought it. There are marks in the top of the table. Almost like grooves. They seem to be spaced out in a manner that suggests they’re meant to be there, and they are stained to match the table. I don’t quite understand the purpose of them as all they do is make it harder to wipe down. I’m always checking to make sure there isn’t food caught in them. If they are there for decorative purposes it should really be stated or even pictured in the description. Aside from that I love the size of the table and the fact that it’s very solid and sturdy. The chairs are not level. Some of them wobble because the legs are just a hair shorter or longer.”

“Nice table and chairs!! The chairs were delivered via UPS within two days. The table was delivered by Ashley’s delivery team. My table delivery was initially postponed by two weeks so it took over a month to receive versus two weeks. I did receive a phone call two days before asking me to reschedule. The table is a beautiful color and matches my decor nicely. The leaf is easy to put in and take out as it folds under the table. The chairs are a little firm but maybe with time they will break in. I ordered two extra chairs for a total of eight, it’s a little tight when the table is fully extended. When the leaf is taken out the six chairs are a little tight as well. I didn’t notice when I ordered online but the table has a design/marks throughout. I personally like the touch although many people have asked who scratched my table not realizing it’s the design.”

“I bought this a couple of weeks ago and had it delivered a couple of days before Christmas. The delivery people asked if I wanted the leaves up and I said yes as I wasn’t even sure on how they worked. When they opened it they found that a couple of the screws were missing on one of the leaves. They weren’t in the box so it was shipped without. Lucky I had a box of screws and they had to use bigger screws as it looked like the old ones were possibility stripped. This has nothing to do with Ashley as it was the manufacturer. Would I recommend the table, yes. I love it! The delivery people were great and had it put together in no time at all. Just beware and check out the entire product before signing the final delivery.”

“Everything with this was fabulous until I found a part that was broken. I called Ashley customer support to have it fixed and they sent me the part but when I called them to check the status of the tech, they said the tech wouldn’t come out to the area to fix it since it wasn’t in their jurisdiction.
It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard since there is an Ashley store not 5 mi from my location. And no one has bothered to check back with me about the tech not being able to make it, I had to make that call and figure it out. The worst customer care I’ve experienced till date.”

“Don’t order online if you expect to get your items. It’s been two months of back and forth with Ashley corporate, the local franchise, and the delivery company (yes, three different companies) trying to figure out why this wasn’t delivered.
First, we were given a two week estimated delivery time. After that passed with no update, we called and they set up a delivery time the following week.
Next, we got our table and four of the six chairs we ordered. After calling a few times (bouncing back from corporate to franchise), we finally had a delivery date for the remaining two chairs in another week. They delivered one chair.
Fast forward to more calls to corporate (who offered a measly $50 off voucher for our next purchase), a few more calls to the franchise, and a few weeks, we’re still waiting for our final chair to be delivered. It’s currently Monday. Our delivery was supposed to be Saturday, but it was pushed back to Tuesday on Saturday. Now it was pushed back to Thursday. If I get the complete set by the end of October (after initially ordering at the beginning of August), I will be shocked.
The table looks fine, though (although the packaging was laden with hundreds of staples imbedded into the table that were a pain to get out, make sure you have pliers handy).”
