“Actually I like my table and buffet more than I thought I would. Fits in our dining area nicely. The white glove delivery took awhile (expected during Covid), but they did a nice job! The chairs that came with it were delivered separately and we assembled. They look okay but the wood chips easily. Cheap!! For the price, I would definitely recommend. No need for expensive dining furniture with grandchildren around!”

First ordered the Ralene table and chairs to see if we liked the simplified look and then ordered the server. I was worried it wouldn’t hold all the dishes I had in the bigger hutch but it is very deep and everything fit! We are really happy with the less formal but beautiful dinning area!”

“My wife and I just purchased this piece to use as a mini-bar. We purchased it in Tulsa and picked it up the same day. We unpacked the box the next day and found the piece in great shape. It was basically fully assembled. You just have to install the legs and that’s it:) It matches our other furniture very well and the quality and craftsmanship is also great.”

Another piece damaged

“This is my second review, finally received my replacement server the first was damaged badly. With that being said the second was also damaged, the wood was split , the right door was loose when my husband was looking over the product and opened the door where the hinge is screwed in the wood is totally cracked bad where the door will not hold up after a while. Once the item was inspected the wholes was not pre-drilled where they should have been this was forced. So now waiting for the 3rd replacement. I am still going with this item things happen and 3rd time the charm. We love this piece it's a little frustrating that this is happening but all in all. Upon delivery it was agree with our permission for the furniture store to open and video the item before it gets delivered to our home. Ashely is a good product we are sticking with this brand, even found a love seat for my home office we liked and will be ordering it shortly. Again the product is very nice still rating it high. 3x the charm I am confident the 3rd server will be in great new condition.”

“Recieved delivery this piece is very nice. Goes well with my krinded dining set. The server was not available any longer. So I found another that looks similar. A little darker than the krinded but it matches well. With all of that the piece arrived damaged . Doors off hinges,the bottom base apart from body of server. Pretty bad. I am waiting hopefulling for a replacement this week. Even with all the damages . I still rate this price 5 stars I really love it. ASHLEY is my favorite brand. My entire downstairs is all Ashley except for my lamps. Hopefully will have good news tomorrow about replacement. Good thing it's still a stock item. I”

“Purchased this dining server to match our existing Ralene table & chairs. At 140 lbs it is a heavy & bulky item that should be delivered by a professional furniture delivery service. Instead, it ships via FedEx and is left at your front door. Even with the help of a neighbor it was a struggle to get the box into my house. To add insult to injury, there was hidden damage when I opened it. Now I'm waiting for Ashley to resolve the matter. All in all very frustrating.”

“I had “white glove” delivery. FedEx put it on my porch and ran back to his truck. My husband had to get someone to help bring it in, open and assemble. It has a crack inside on the hinge, scratch on the shelf, and a door that is on crooked. Very unhappy with delivery. We also wanted our old tv stand taken away but couldn’t run fast enough to catch the driver. We love the look of our piece but just another worker not completing their job.”
