“This table is what I was looking for. Very sturdy with a butterfly leaf so it is easy to change size and I don’t need to find a place to store the leaf when it is not in use. The only drawback I can mention is the half dozen, two inch long, deep grooves in the top of the table that are part of the design. You can not see them in the pictures but are very noticeable in person. It took a little bit but I got used to them.”

“I would give this table a 0 if possible. The look is great and the leaf that stores inside are great. However, the finish is awful. Everything scratches it. I had a technician here to look at the table and was informed that I am ruining the table by using cleaning product on it (I use lysol spray, not clorox or bleach based). I was told that the only suggested way to clean without compromising the finish is to use a dry cloth as even water could damage the finish. Being that this is a dining table that seems pretty unsanitary. Very disappointed in this piece of furniture.”

“Great so far! Look: very rich. Looks much more expensive than it is. Be careful on color. Some of the pictures make it look a bit light colored. It's darker than the last picture of the butterfly extensions open. Very sturdy and easy to operate the leaf. Seats are better than expected. The pleather looks good and doesn't have the typical tell tale super shiny finish that lots of others do. Delivery vs pick up: this is hella heavy! We had to open it outside and bring in the legs separate from the table top. Two very strong ppl could be ok. Other than that- there's only 2 steps so it's super simple. If picking up- find out where the warehouse is. If we lived further away, it wouldn't have been much cheaper to do this ourselves. Our store matched the online price for us. Just had to walk in with the webpage to show them.”

“I brought this dining room set a month ago and both I and my husband are very pleased with this set. I would however suggest buying the pad that you have to buy separate from the table set. I did not buy it and now wish that I had. I have tried buying table pads from other companies and they are the same price as Ashley Furniture. The table comes with four chairs, we brought the bench which was separate. Also, check the Ashley store internet site for price comparison. If you find it cheaper online, your local store will honor the price. Just to be clear I do not work for this company, but I am very pleased with their products.”

It is so convenient not having to store the table leaf and the butterfly leaf slides right into place. I needed a larger dining room table, especially for holidays and this one is just right. If I could change anything it would be to finish the bottom of the legs more smoothly as I had to add pads to the table legs to keep from scratching my floor.”

“Table was received with 6 deep indentions (deep enough to put part of your finger in each one). Was told this is a normal state for this type of table. Refused delivery of table, but kept chairs as I was planning on purchasing another table from Ashley's. When calling to get a refund, was only given a refund of less than $400.00 on a almost $1,000.00 purchase. Was told I would have to eat the delivery and assembly fee even though I refused the table due to the inperfections listed above. Then we get into the fact that if you purchase online, the local store can't intervene to help in this matter as it is two separate entities. Very unhappy, will NEVER purchase another product from Ashley's furniture again. Am working on turning this matter over to our local TV watchdog group to see if I can get a refund on my delivery / assembly fees. Purchase at your own risk!”

“Would not recommend. The table streaks and holds fingerprints no matter how much you try removing them. The chairs came with small tears that were not noticeable at first. The cushions are extremely hard and uncomfortable. I have no idea what kind of cheap material they are made from. It's definitely not like the pictures online. It's made in Vietnam. When I spoke with Ashley they refused to replace the chairs that were damaged on the delivery truck. I definitely do not see this table holding up to family gatherings. This will be my last purchase from Ashley.”

“The online ordering was super easy. And the delivery was fine, except they left styrofoam pieces for me to clean-up. The big issue is that the tabletop finish has three small manufacturing defects - one bubble and two blemishes. We don't feel like spending the time to get the table replaced, so I guess we will live with it. This table replaced the exact table we purchased from Ashley about 8 years ago, and the table top quality has definitely gone down since then. Still a good quality for the price, but with the manufacturing defects in the table top, may not be such a good value as it used to be.”
