“Purchased the entire dinning set including server November 2024 and received the set early December. Now come January I noticed small white milky spot forming on the table top. At this time I was not concerned with small spot. Fast forward to August 25 the finish appeared to be really breaking down with multiple spots forming. I contact the Ashley store in Boardman Ohio which they referred me to customer service for warranty work. I then filed a claim under the platinum protection plan which I was informed incorrectly on how to file a claim since this plan is for only accidental damage and must be filed within 7days of the accident. Which I do understand now but then I asked about factory warranty since the table is only 9 months old. Customer service said they with contact the manufacturer and get back withe (now this is on a Saturday and manufacturer is in Vietnam so it would of been around 11pm at night in Vietnam. Customer service rep got back with me saying that she spoke with the manufacturer and they both agreed saying they believe myself or someone in household my of used too aggressive cleaner and nothing they can do for me. I clean the table and server the same way and have no issues with finish on the server. I asked to speak with a manager which customer service said she will email for them to call me no response so far. I then asked for her to email warranty information on the table and her information about I talked with nothing provided. If I had caused the damage I would own and purchase a replacement table but in this case it's a defective product with no help from Ashley customer service. One other thing customer service did state they don'take furniture like the use too.”

“The table arrived with a broken butterfly leaf. The delivery guys didn’t make sure it was functional before they left so I checked it and discovered it was broken and reported it within 10 minutes of them leaving. I reached out by phone and email, then waited on hold for 8 minutes and was told I could have customer care call me instead of waiting (within 24-48 hours). Customer care has failed to reach out to me and it’s been 4 days. I have an expensive brand new table that’s broken.”
