Love these simple chairs.

“We needed to replace chairs for our table. We’ve had this matching table set for years and I’m so happy the chairs are in stock. It’s lasted a long time. Colors are neutral and wood is pretty well-made. An 11 year old put these new two chairs together, easy and sturdy (one chair broke after 8 years.) The other chairs and benches just need tightening after a few years.”

“I didn't really care to put this together but then again, it only took about 30 minutes maybe, for four chairs. The screws go into a metal sleeve and the screws have blue locktite on them, so they should never loosen up and if they do, I have plenty of locktite in the garage, it will not take long to fix it up, unlike some of the other cheap bar stools I have that do not stay together because the screws go into wood and just loosen up. I gave it a four star rating just because I had to put it together but other than that, I really like it.”

“One of the chair seats in the set that was delivered had a bubble in the veneer. I didn’t see it when I accepted the delivery, but of course my wife’s eye was drawn to the defect immediately. Instead of just letting us swap the chair out with a floor model or something easy, we had to wait for more than a week and a half for Ashley to send a tech out. After briefly looking at the flawed product, he confirmed my assertion that it couldn’t be repaired and left within 10 minutes. We are now waiting two to three weeks for the chair SEAT that he ordered to arrive. Then, I get to disassemble the new piece of defective furniture that we just bought and put it back together. Hopefully with a non-defective part.... At least a month after we bought it....”

“Therese chairs are beautiful ans sturdy. I really like them and they go nicely with the antique table I had. I did have a problem in that one of the back legs was split. I didn't notice it when it was delivered and am still in the process of getting it replaced. I will say their quality control must be a bit lacking if it exited their factory like that and clearly the people who assembled them didn't look very close either.”

“I recently purchased this set and am very satisfied. The chairs and table are sturdier than I expected and are definitely a great value. One of my chairs was chipped but I have no idea how I would return one chair (they came two in a box) and it seems like way more trouble than it is worth. It’s a small table in the sense that it fits great in a nook area or a small dining room, but it feels like there is plenty of room for four good sized adults. Easy to put together - I’m not handy so four chairs and the table only took my about two hours total (including taking them out of the boxes).”

The only issue I had was one of the chairs was missing the hardware, but I emailed Ashley support and they mailed me out the hardware at no charge.
