“Because I ordered online, I thoroughly measured my old dining table and chairs and compared the measurements to the dimensions provided by Ashley. The Ashley dining table and chairs should have actually been a little taller than my old set; however, both the Ashley table and chairs are shorter by 1.5 - 2.0 inches. The set is advertised as Counter Height, but there's absolutely no way that the set is Counter Height; this is a standard height table. I am thinking of returning the set. This is disappointing, as the set is visually very beautiful. It looks exactly as advertised, just shorter than expected. If you are not accustomed to tall/counter height tables and chairs, this is the set for you.”
