It arrived at my front door in 5 boxes, everything inside was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble. I did it myself. Let chairs come to room temperature. Minnesota winter; chairs were cold and stiff. First was hard to assemble. Once warm, it was easy. I absolutely love it! It’s sturdy and well made. The chairs are very comfortable. And to the tall people, my knees clear under it. In a month I’ve not hit my knees yet.”

“Despite the unimpressive rubbed white base that is supposed to look aged, I really like this table and chairs! My husband had no issues putting everything together and he was happy to report that they are solid and he would be shocked if they loosen up. The chairs swivel and then stay in position for a hands free experience. They are comfortable for both me and my husband (5'-4 & 6'-2" respectively). The foot rest on the table is a couple inches taller than the chair's footrest which makes for different resting positions for your feet and also enable us to push the chairs in closer to the table when not in use. Overall I am very satisfied with this table and chairs!”

“This table is gorgeous, however… it is much, much smaller than I anticipated. I only looked at the picture online, and not the actual measurements, so I was my fault. The picture made this table look much bigger. I solved my dilemma by ordering a second table, and putting them side by side. I used clamps to hold them together, so that they won’t slide. It makes a large square table now, and it’s beautiful!!! I didn’t want to permanently attach them together with screws, in case we ever decide to separate them.💥! Bonus- shipping was fast and FREE!”

“So far (been a couple of weeks) this is a great table. I glued and screwed it together (added the glue) and it's incredibly sturdy. Might have been without the glue - but I wanted to make sure. Additionally, I inadvertently ordered two tables (in lieu of just one) the Ashley customer service personnel were AWESOME. They said simply refuse shipment on the 2nd and they'll issue a credit (I was saying to myself right.....) but that is exactly what happened...I refused shipment and they issued a credit - without me having to call back. Thanks.”

I've looked for months for a table of a certain length for my kitchenette area. It's solid wood and was easy to assemble. Did it myself but would of gone a little quicker with two people. Recommend having a heavy duty staple remover and pliers to remove straps/staples. This was on sale and delivered way earlier than expected. One happy customer. I'm obsessed.”

“This table is a great value. First off, it arrived extremely fast. I placed the order on a Friday at 9:00PM and it arrived 3 days later on Monday at 2:00PM. I even got a text saying the truck was 10 minutes away, when does that ever happen? I have another item from Ashley on order (that I ordered before this table) and the shipping is no where close to being this fast, so I'm giving praise when praise is warranted. The table arrived with zero damage. It is packaged very well inside (see photo). The instructions are very good and easy to follow and assemble. Very organized—most of the screws even had the washers already attached and rubber banded together. The only criticism is that all the parts are wrapped with sturdy material straps and stapled to the underside of the table in order to minimize any parts movement while shipping (this was made in Vietnam). This is great BUT it took a while to pull all the staples off the underside and not leave any sharp ends remaining. This is a small criticism for such a well packaged box. Overall the table looks great. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and not cheap looking. I looked at a lot of tables and I kept coming back to this—both because of the style and price. Very happy with this purchase. 5 Star.”

My only complaint is that the footrail is not practical if you are more than 5 feet tall. It is installed so high up on the base that anyone that props their feet on it is basically squatting. It's unfortunate, as it was the feature that wanted most in a counter height table.”

“This table is nice looking and it APPEARS to be good value. However, ours warped two months past the warranty end date. It is sagging noticeably at one and at the corner, by probably a half inch. It was very likely warped or warping during the warranty period, but unfortunately we didn't notice it in time to make a warranty claim. We contacted Ashley support, explained the situation, and very politely asked them to make an exception to their warranty policy. They flatly refused. They wouldn't budge. And now we have a warped table in our kitchen that we spent our hard-earned money on just over a year ago. My strong recommendation - DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE, and do not buy anything from Ashley. It is a cheap, inferior product. Ashley doesn't care about their customers, nor do they care about their reputation. They could have easily made a goodwill exception in this case in the spirit of excellent customer service. They chose not to. They are a large company and certainly they could have taken the high road, but they did not. I might have understood their position of the table was a year or two out of warranty, but we were only a couple months past the warranty period. We are extremely disappointed and Ashley will never get one cent of our money in the future. I really encourage you to consider our very poor customer experience before you make a purchase.”

It is impossible to assemble since the wholes to attach the legs to the table are two inches in the wrong place, however they refuse to refund it to me because they say unless I put it all back together in the box just as it came, they will not issue a refund. Now I am stuck with this product that needs to go in the garbage.”
